Return & Exchange Policy 退換商品

為求保證產品及服務質素,我們在貨品售出前會一再覆檢,確保產品品質優良,唯長途送貨旅程或會引致產品出現個別情況,所以為提供最佳保證給消費者,所有於本公司選購之貨品,均提供「七日問題產品換貨服務」。顧客在購物/收貨後七天內,發現產品有任何問題及需要更換時,可以致電我們或電郵至 sales@hyssop-wellness.com。   

 

退換細則

請務必保持原商品完整、齊全性,並使用原紙箱送回,若因包裝不妥導致寄回損壞,將不受理退換貨申請,敬請見諒。

 

對不起,以下情況將不接受換貨處理安排: 

  • 產品購買期已超過七天。

  • 產品已經開封(產品變質除外)或曾被使用超過原本之容量的50%。

  • 如顧客對購買之產品產生敏感,可能是顧客不適合使用該產品而引起。我們不會就此承擔任何責任或相關費用。

  • 變質的產品,但被使用超過原本之容量的50%。本公司保證所有產品均為正貨。如客人懷疑產品有可能變質而要求退貨,我們會將貨品送回有關廠商或代理商檢查及驗證,一般處理時間大約一個月。如鑑定產品變質,本公司樂意接受退換服務。

  • 產品並未保持完好包裝、已受破壞、損毀或不完整。

  • 任何顯示不接受退貨的折扣產品或特價產品。

  • 任何免費贈品、附件及試用裝禮品。  

如發現換貨產品不符合本公司的換貨條款,將不獲處理,不便之處,敬請原諒。一切有關換貨處理事宜,Hyssop Wellness 將保留最終決定權。   

換貨須知   
顧客只能在同一收據下於指定日期內辦理換貨一次,已換之產品亦不再接受更換。任何情況下只可以換貨,恕不接受退款要求。

交易完成   
如顧客於七個工作天內並未有任何換貨的申請,則代表貨品交易已完成,本公司毋須承擔任何法律上的責任,亦不會安排任何更換貨品事宜。  

免責條款   
·  本公司對於提供的禮品及試用裝之質素一概不承擔任何責任及不提供更換服務。 
·  本公司不會就錯誤或不當使用產品而引至的任何問題承擔任何責任。 
·  本公司保留無須事先通知的情況之下,暫停、更改或取消所有優惠或修訂所有條款及細則。

We inspect the goods before delivery. However the long-distance journey may cause problems from time to time. To provide the best assurance to consumers, we adopt a  “7 days replacement service for problem product”. Customers who purchase or receive the product within 7 days with receipt, if the product is found to have any problems when you need to replace, you can call us or email sales@hyssop-wellness.com.

Product Replacement and Conditions
Goods should remain with intact and original packaging for exchange. Damages caused by improper packaging will not be accepted.

 

We are sorry that we do NOT accept exchange in the following circumstances:

  • Goods sold for more than 7 days;

  • The product has been opened (except deterioration) or used more than 50%;

  • Improper use or damage to goods caused by human factors;

  • Lost Order delivery note or receipt.

  • If customers find allergic reactions or sensitive with the products, it may be unsuitable for the customer to use the product. We does not has any liability or bear any associated costs.

  • Product that has “gone bad” but is used more than 50% of the original capacity. If customer suspects that product has “gone bad”, we will direct the issue to the relevant manufacturer or distributor for inspection and verification. The normal processing time is about one month. If the product is deemed deteriorated, we are willing to accept exchanges.

  • Product that is not in original condition, damaged or fragmented.

  • Product that already shown not accepted for return or with special discount.

  • Any free gifts, accessories and trial gifts.

 

Hyssop Wellness reserves all rights of the final decision on goods exchange or relevant matters.

Exchange Terms
Customers can exchange once for the same product. We do not accept further exchange of the replacement product. In any circumstances, we only offer exchange service, refund will not be provided.

Completion of the transaction
If the customer fails to exchange within 7 days from the purchase, the transaction is deemed completed. We shall not bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement/exchange.

  • Hyssop Wellness is not responsible for the quality of supplier free gifts and trial items, and does not    provide replacement service.

  • Hyssop Wellness is not responsible for any responsibility for any errors or problems caused by improper use of the product.

  • Hyssop Wellness reserves all right of the final decision on goods exchange or relevant matters.

  • Hyssop Wellness provides personal opinions after research. Please, use your discretion before taking any of our advice and consult your doctors if there is any concern.
